Vom Wachter Kennel is proud to announce our long awaited DDR/Czech/Slovak working bloodline litter of German Shepherd Puppies!! Birth date 2/18/15. Very dark black sables, solid black and dark blanket black and tans. After much research, and owning a couple working bloodline German Shepherds we've decided to focus on the old foundation working bloodlines (DDR/East German, Czech and Slovak). This breeding was between our beautiful DDR/Slovak/Czech female "Cierra Von Schraderhaus" and Cerberus Modry safir, an imported military-owned working special forces dog in Slovakia. Pedigrees are below. This litter is DM clear. Currently, we have half-siblings of this litter in Schutzhund, Prison Protection Work and as personal family companion and protection dogs. After seeing the results of using Cero as a stud in xxxx, we are VERY excited to see how these pups mature!

We have owned Cierra since she was eight weeks old. We acquired her from well-known Working Bloodline breeder Jean Schrader of Shcraderhuas K9's In Roy, Washington. Her hips are OFA Good and Elbows are Normal. She is DM clear. She has had some basic obedience work done and is one of our personal family dogs. Cierra is extremely attached to our three young children and very protective of her family and grounds. While appropriately suspicious of strangers coming into our home, she settles quickly when told everything is fine and is a real sweetheart. Out in public, she is confident and aloof with dogs and people, but very aware when anyone is near. Cierra is extremely biddable and willing to please. She is very athletic and has an incredible nose. I have no doubt she would excel in any type of scent, obedience, agility or SAR work if we took her that direction. She loves tugs, but is not over-the top.She has very solid drives and a good work ethic with amazing speed and precision on the tasks assigned.

before I bought him. Titled to SVV1 & fully breed surveyed
(1tr -recommended to improve the breed) just so his offspring were registerable. He has a son currently working as a special forces dog with his former
handler-2 from that litter are titled-both have "a" hips. Cero has "a" hips & both hips & elbows were x-rayed before I imported him & they are both good. He is dm clear.
He is a serious, strong dog with true fight drive. Very strong work ethic,
great hunt drive, perfect nerves with tons of self confidence, & can settle down & be calm when not
working. No dog or handler aggression. No issues containing his drive & very focused on the task at hand. High drive, but not extreme/over the top. He is overall a happy & playful dog, but serious when working. Very intelligent & clear headed.
He has consistently produced lots of hunt drive & nice genetic tendencies for tracking on the ones that have been tracked. Solid nerves, some are already giving nice indications that they will be serious (proper aggression) when older. Nice full bites from those those who have been worked. In general med to low end of high ball drive-nothing over the top extreme here. They are possessive of their toys/balls/sticks in that they tend to want to retrieve it & keep it, not naturally retrieve it back to you--it has been very easy to get them to retrieve back to the handler just not their natural tendency. They are not aggressive about the possession. All are very intelligent."
We are expecting this litter to excel and be very suitable for Shutzhund Sport, Narcotics/Cadaver work, Police, Agility, Obedience, or Herding. Scenting ability, ball, hunt drive and desire to work and please should be high in these puppies. They all have beautiful structure and substance, gorgeous dark pigmentation and will be very well rounded in their temperament. They will be suitable for working homes or family/home protection.
Vom Wachter Kennel is a small, family owned kennel located in Corinth, MS, focused on the old working bloodline (DDR/East German, Czech and Slovak) German Shepherds. We have over fourteen years experience working with and breeding dogs. As of now, we have only two young females (a straight DDR female and a Czech/Slovak/DDR female) and plan to have only one, possibly two selective litters a year. Vom Wachter Kennels is a long-term breeding program we are developing, so we are taking it slow as we have a very young family. Great for socializing pups, but limiting to the time caring, titling and training of numerous dogs! Our puppies are whelped and raised indoors until they are big enough to benifit from a spacious outdoor pen during the day, temperament and drive tested, microchipped (upon request) and vet checked. They are exposed to a variety of sounds, people, circumstances and our own young children at appropriate ages and handled by us individually several times daily. Deworming begins at two weeks of age and is continued at appropriate intervals until they go to their new homes. First vacinations will also be given. Our pups come with a written hip, elbow and health guarantee and we do ship via the Memphis International Airport. AKC registered. We are taking deposits now for these outstanding puppies!
